Not caching

I love your plugin, it works really well on all the sites except for the site I posted.. For some reason it is not doing a single thing, it’s not caching, it’s not combining CSS or JS.. it’s not doing anything. Do you have any ideas of why?

everything is ok. you should not check the page source when yore are logged-in as an admin.
