Not bringing up product attributes

    I have just gone to create the first?upsell?and after I put in the correct ‘Category’ and then go to select the ‘Attribute’ it wont show the attributes for this category…?

    As an example I am wanting to create an upsell when someone selects only a Carton of beer here –

    Any suggestions here on what I could have wrong as I am assuming this is how it should work, as when i put it in with merchandise as the category and a specific size tshirt (the attribute) it seems to work…?

    Hello emmabowyer, try to type the attribute class and not the value.
    For example “color” and not “red” or “yellow”.

    I have tried that, I have tried all different things… it comes up with the sizes of the merchandise category just not the size of the beers category. its very strange..

    How are these attributes created? Via “products” – “attributes” tab or on-fly on the product?

    Ahh amazing! That has fixed it. It was set on the product for the beers so I have made it through the main ‘attributes’ tab and that is working.

    Also FYI _ I did send two emails to support on this and never got a reply. (maybe spam?) Thankfully I thought to jump on here before getting a refund thinking I couldnt get it to work.
