Not blocking a thing despite check.torproject.org saying I am using tor??

    Installed this plugin to help with the high amount of people trying to log into my site using tor to hide themselves
    unfortunately the plugin don’t seem to work as I can use tor and happily browse the site, making it a pointless plugin.

    My issue with people trying to log in has not ceased since installing this so I can only assume it is not blocking the real attackers either

    And to add insult to injury the IP that check.torproject.org reported is on the block list this plugin is supposed to be using to BLOCK users

    Found the problem, if you activate WordFence then the TorBlocker will not block tor, deactivate it and it works

    So I either secure my site from everything or just tor ??

    Is there a fix for this?

    This is probably issue already reported… You probably use geoip blocking on another plugin and this plugin uses too, so that is one reason why plugin stops working when another plugins are turned on/off. Check the update…

    Stunt think I am using geoip blocking in wordfence but will check when I have some time

    Wordfence only allows GeoIP blocking if youi have the paid version.

    I’m not seeing any conflicts, but then I’m very careful not to use the same function in both

    I am not using the filtering in wordfence, but still when wordfence is active this plugin will not block tor users

    deactivate wordfence and then tor users are blocked

    so its defiantly something more than the geoip filter in wordfence as I am unable to even use it with the free plan?
