    You click “save changes” 100 times without any changes, you will see 100 different results of “Home page load stats” which includes “page loading time” and “number of executed queries”. In my case, “page loading time” changes from 2.7s to 56s, and “number of executed queries” changes from 19 to 378 (note that I did not change anything).

    The page loading time is an avearage values form one shoot. The speed values vary due to variable server traffic.
    Regarding the number of queries, those values may depend on several criteria: theme architecture, plugins used, etc …
    It would have been better if you have post your issue on the support forum, to help you.
