Not being served webp images Easy IO

    So I’m currently trailling Easy IO and have added my domain but when I inspect my images, they’re still being served as .jpg’s.

    Every image that goes through Easy IO gets converted to WebP WITHOUT changing the file extension (if the WebP format is smaller than our premium compression). This is known as “transparent” image conversion, and you would need to use the Network tab in your browser’s dev tools to see the actual image type. In other words, file extensions may not reflect the actual content type that is delivered by our system.

    On your home page, about half of the images are NOT going through Easy IO (with the *.exactdn.com domain), and that’s something we can look into further if you send us an email via https://ewww.io/contact-us/ (or just reply to any of the emails you received from us, they all contain the support email).
