Not being notified of new comments

  • I am currently using WordPress version 3.5.2 on my WordPress website. I have the “Email me whenever Anyone posts a comment” option checked, as well. However, I am not receiving any emails when someone posts a new comment.

    I have ensured that the email address given is a working one. I have also checked and confirmed that the issue is not caused by any of the plugins, as suggested in some other posts in this forum.

    Please help.
