Not Being Allowed To Reorder Custom Post Type

Hi there,

I’m trying to use this plugin to reorder posts in a custom post type. However, when I try to go to the page to use the drag and drop functionality, I get the following message even though I am an admin

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

However, I can reorder regular WordPress posts so I assume it must be related to how I set my posts up. Are there any specific permissions needed or anything else I would need when registering the custom post types?
