• I can’t log on to my WordPress Dashboard, it seems that my email isn’t even registered for this access (I’ve tried all emails I have and the old admin password). The company which built the site in 2016 (I haven’t been active on the site for quite some time) has changed owners and hasn’t yet replied to my inquiries, and when I tried to populate the WordPress ?retrieve back account“ form, I didn’t get any reply to my email (which I can normally use).

I can normally log in to my C-panel.

  • Hi @acikovic79
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble logging into your WordPress dashboard. There are a few things you can try to regain access to your account:

    1. Check to ensure you use the correct email address and password. Make sure you’re not mistyping either of these.
    2. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Lost your password?” link on the login page. This will send a password reset email to the email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to that email address, you will need to contact your hosting provider to reset your password.
    3. If you’re still unable to access your account after trying the above steps, it’s possible that your account may have been deleted or deactivated. In this case, you will need to contact your hosting provider or the company that built the site to see if they can help you regain access to your account.

If you cannot contact the company that built the site, you may need to consider hiring a new web developer to help you regain access to your account and update the site.
