Not being able to login to WP Dashboard

Clear your browser cache or use the private mode of your browser. I can access https://www.syncup.co.in/wp-login.php without any problems.

@threadi thank you for the revert, it worked in the private mode for the admin login to the dashboard.

But the homepage for the website i.e syncup.co.in is redirecting to – https://www.syncup.co.in/wp-signup.php?new=syncup.co.in

The configuration in the dashboard is to the home page itself. Any suggestions how to resolve the same.

When you go to https://www.syncup.co.in, you see the web page normally. If you go to https://syncup.co.in, you will be redirected to the page you mentioned.

So you would have to redirect from https://syncup.co.in to https://www.syncup.co.in before the request arrives at wordpress. You can do this for example in the htaccess, see: https://htaccessbook.com/htaccess-redirect-https-www/
