not being able to delete more ‘issues’ at once

    Hi,

    your plugin is great, it found a lot of unused images and their thumbnails (“There are 77668 issues with your files, accounting for 22096.50 MB), but the problem is I don’t seem to be able to delete more of them at once.

    When I click on ‘delete all’, or select more entries at once (let’s say 100), it gets stuck, never finishing.
    If I click on the stop button, this error will appear “Error
    The reply sent by the server is broken.”

    every time the same thing.

    My server is dedicated, and this website has huge resources at its disposal, so that shouldn’t be a problem.

    What else can the problem be?

    Or simply remove those entries at least from the database.

    maybe just skip trash altogether? I know I want to remove them, I don’t need trash. whatever is faster. the whole process is terribly slow with this plugin; deleting should not take so long

    Hi,

    When this happens, check your PHP Error Logs. You basically have an error on the server-side, or maybe a timeout. In any case, there will be something logged in the PHP Error Logs.

    It’s probably not an error from Media Cleaner, but maybe your hosting service can’t accept so many requests, or maybe the requests run for too long.
