• So I am trying to connect Jetpack to WordPress but it fails to connect. It gives the following error.

Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: xml_rpc-32601
    Try connecting again.
Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache’s cache.

I looked into the plugin section and there isn’t a W3 Total Cache Plugin for the site.

A friend said that I needed to disable the XML-RPC Pingback so, I installed and activated the Disable XML-RPC Pingback. That didn’t work either. I also took steps from this forum as well.

Does anyone have any other insight to this? Thanks.
