not backing up… please help

    The updates are failing this is the message i get.

    I am not a programmer; I don’t understand what this mean.
    I just know that the plugging used to work just fine and now this.
    Please help, and thanks for any support that you may provide!

    thans @cocreation all problem were fixed now

    one of them doing this:

    setting up Maximum script execution time up to 25 seconds

    and the second problem was fixed by unchecking the XML Export feature in the job list
