  • Hi,

This issue isn’t actually caused by BackWPup plugin. It’s more related to your MySQL server’s database configuration.

As you’re from non-technical background then we can suggest you to contact your hosting service provider and tell them this MySQL issue. Hope they will be able to solve this problem.

    Hi @cocreation
i already posted the error log.
    thanks

Hi @vizcano, I’m sorry about the delay in response. I’m going to explore this issue a bit and get back to you. Part of the error seems to be in your database. There also seems to be an error with the encoding of your XML export file.

Hi @vizcano, sorry for my late response.

I believe there are two separate errors going on here, so let’s cover one at a time.
For the database warning, what is your Maximum script execution time set to? You can see under BackWPup -> Settings -> Job. Ideally it should be 25 seconds or so.

Please try that and let me know the result.

Hi @cocreation, thanks for the answer

let see my Maximum script execution time WAS 120 seconds. i set it up to 25 and ran a new backup to see the log.

i think one of the problems were fix. thanks

    this is the result

Hi @vizcano, for the current errors you are getting, could you generate a debug log and send it to support [at] backwpup.com? That’ll give us more metadata to try to figure this out. Please just attach the log to the email.

To generate a debug log, first switch logging level to Debug (not translated), under BackWPup > Settings > Logs. Then run your job as normal. Download the log file and send it to us.

Thanks so much for your cooperation and patience.

Hi @vizcano, are you still experiencing this issue? I’m happy to help you debug if so.

Hi @cocreation thanks for your answer and your help.
Right know I lost my Internet connection. Once I solve that problem with my Internet provider I will run the backup and sent you the debug log.
Thanks a lot and have a great day.
