NOT Awesome Support

I have sent several tickets to Awesome Support asking for help. There are serious bugs in the plugins that prevent you from registering the license or importing tickets from Zendesk.

Their tech support is horrific. They don’t respond to most questions and when they do their replies are useless and cryptic.

I was forced to request a refund from Paypal because they did not respond to that request either.

So much promise, but with the serious bugs and lack of support you should turn and run. Do not purchase this plugin.
