    Hi,

I used your UPS plugin before and it was working without a hitch. However, here I don’t seem to get it working. Also your documentation differs with what I am getting on my screen. I get a choice of 13 APIs to pick.

    Thanks for your help

Hi @labok, thanks for reaching out and for using our plugins.

If I understand correctly, you already registered your FedEx account, and you’re requesting the API from the FedEx Developer Portal. May I kindly ask you to share screenshots showing what you see on your screen?

That’s the best way to find the solution for you.

    Kind regards,

    Piotrek

    Hi

Thank you for getting back on my unclear question.

After creating the project we get a selection of APIs to choose from see here. We have selected a few but no Fedex can be seen in the woocommerce shipping configuration.

    thanks

    Hi @labok,

Thank you for your feedback. Let me check this with our team, and we’ll get back to you.

Regarding FedEx Shipping Method option not showing in the shipping zone. Please mind that If you are using the FedEx Live Rates free version, adding the standard single FedEx Live Rates shipping method within a shipping zone will not be possible until the plugin is upgraded to its PRO version.

Regarding the API type, when you’re requesting the REST API from FedEx, please select the: Rates and Transit Times AP.

I’m marking this topic as resolved for now. If you’d like to ask about anything else – please open a new thread.

    Kind regards,
    Piotrek
