Not autorenewing

    I have had to update this manually twice now – since paying the extra for the full version. The first time I thought it was a glitch however it happened again this morning.

    Please help. It should auto-renew shouldn’t it?

    Hi Rob,

    You might need to clear your browser cache once. We can see that your SSL have been successfully renewed today and next expiry date is set to october.

    It has been renewed but the issue is that it should have happened automatically without any user input. I’ve updated the application in WordPress, however, I’m concerned this will happen again.

    @rrstorer Nothing to worry. It will definitely auto renew 30 days before the expiry date of current SSL certificate.
