not ask address in checkout page everytime

hi
shipping address fields are shown in checkout page everytime customer wants to buy and they are prefilled with address of user . i dont want shipping address be shown when user did fill them in last order (if he wants change address he can go to his user account page and change it , not in woocommerce checkout page) , is there anyway i can do that ? with/without plugin
