This may happen if your WordPress root has a prefix, i.e https://localhost/my_wordpress_site, in which case adding /my_wordpress_site in front of the config path in your shortcodes should help.

Hi! Can you please check your shortcode xml path and just replace 360-assets with 360_assets as this is a correct folder for our sample 360 product view that comes with the plugin:

https://82.201.194.227:85/wp4.2.4/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/sampleshoe/config.xml
