Not Appearing on Mobile

    Hello,

    I recently was able to get Hustle to work on desktop and laptop, but I am unable to get the pop up to appear on mobile.

    I have the Pop Up Trigger set to Time, with a time delay of 1 second. I am unsure what to do next.

    Help please?

    Hi @metavisualdesign,

    On giving a closer look, the issue seems to be more related to the optimization settings configured via the Asset CleanUp plugin.

    If I try to load your website by appending the following query, then it works fine on mobile:

    https://yourwebsitedomain.com/?wpacu_no_load

    The query “?wpacu_no_load” when added will load the website by disabling the optimization added via the Asset CleanUp plugin.

    Since the popup works fine, the issue is more related to the settings in the WP Asset Cleanup plugin.

    Would recommend checking the existing settings in the Asset Cleanup plugin and see whether it helps in ruling out what might be causing it.
