Not appearing on Elementor PRO product page

  • Dear support,

    We use Elementor PRO Theme Builder feature to create our WC product page template.
    In this scenario, the product option groups are NOT appearing in the product page.
    Disabling the Elementor PRO template, the plugin works fine.

    Is it a bug?
    Or do we need to add an Elementor block to the page to show them?

    You need use following shortcode in the Elementor template to show the add-ons.

    Hi guys,

    Thanks, now the HTML code is added to the page BUT is not visible because of this CSS:

    .woocommerce .ywapo_group_container.form-row.form-row-wide.ywapo_conditional_hidden, .woocommerce .ywapo_group_container.form-row.form-row-wide.ywapo_conditional_variation_hidden {
    display: none;
}

    We’re using variable products and the group should appear ONLY on certain variations.
    Without Elementor it works well, so maybe a problem with the shortcode?

    Hi there,
    unfortunately in this case our plugin is not compatible currently with Elementor.
    We’ll schedule to add it in one of the next release.
    We remain at your disposal.
