    Hi bccn,

Thanks for using Advanced Ads to embed adverts on your website.

Do I understand correctly that When you navigate in your backend to Appearance > Widgets, there is no Advanced Ads widget available when you try to add a new widget?

If so, do you see any errors in your browser console on that page?

Do you use the standard sidebar provided by WordPress or customize it with a page builder or plugin?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

I see the Advanced Ads widget area and I have create it one… but

From the sidebar area, I suppose I should insert the Advanced Ads widget, like other widgets, But I cant because it does not appear.

So, how can I add the add widget to the sidebar?Am I wrong?
    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I do not understand what you mean with “I see the Advanced Ads widget area and I have create it one”.

When you navigate in your backend to Appearance > Widgets, there is no Advanced Ads widget available when you try to add a new widget?

What do you mean by “sidebar area?” The Widget page?

Do you use the standard sidebar provided by WordPress or customize it with a page builder or plugin?

We describe how to integrate ads as sidebar widgets in this manual. If the Advanced Ads widget does not appear in your sidebar area (?), you could also create a manual placement and embed this via shortcode in a common HTML widget.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hello

Yes, I use the common side bar of wordpress, all normal with sidebar common and original of wordpress.
    Standard sidebar provided by WordPress.

And besides, it is giving a conflict with a very useful plugin to insert codes in the website.
So,it is not “Advanced” Ads at all,it a problematic plugin that intend to give much than it can…
    Thanks very much

    Hi bccn,

Thanks for answering my sidebar question. If you don’t use the classic widgets, adding a new Advanced Ads widget should look like this screenshot.

And besides, it is giving a conflict with a very useful plugin to insert codes in the website.

What is the name of this plugin?

    Best regards,
    Joachim
