Please let me know if your plugin process forces a www. protocol in front of URL to work? I realized that when I changed my wp general to www. I could get it to work but this would mean my website doesn’t function as intended.

Would like o know if Site Address (URL) needs to have a www. set in the general settings of a WordPress domain to work ? or is this just a situational issue with my site and I need to reinstall the whole site? ??

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry for the issue you are facing here.

It’s not a requirement to have www. in the domain URL for Paid Memberships Pro to work. It may have been an issue that you changed this after installing and setting up Paid Memberships Pro.

To confirm the steps to recreate:

    1. Setup Paid Memberships Pro and restrict content to members only.
    2. Change the URL for the site under “Settings” > “General” and remove https://www.mysite.com to mysite.com?

Does this stop members from accessing content they should have access to?

I say with certainty that it is something to do with URL however ill just have to reinstall and try again. hopefully, I can update my findings here after I have done so.
