not allowed to change front page template

    Im using the accountra theme on wordpress

    I have been trying to change the generic template for the front page but for some reason its keeps over ridding my own front page template to the generic one, any suggestions

    Is there a specific reason to create a custom template instead of editing the existing template directly?
    You can directly edit the front page template from Dashboard->Appearance->Editor.
