not allowed to access to Help page

Does your account have admin access and are you referring to this “Help” link?

Could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

• PHP
• WordPress
• The Events Calendar
• Theme

Hi Darian, Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, since I posted the above question, my client decided against going with The Events Calendar — so I won’t need to pursue this issue anymore.

But in case you are interested in passing this info on to your team: the Help link I was asking about is NOT the one you sent the screenshot of. It’s in the drop down menu under Events, which appears in the admin menu at the very top of the page when one is viewing a displayed calendar. And yes, I am admin, and we were using the free version of Events Calendar, but we were also using a fully licensed Event Aggregator. So I was surprised to see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” when I clicked on Help.
