    Hello,
I’m very interested about your image cleaner function. I’m using wordpress multisite and I got the following message when activating your plugin.
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
This message was triggered by Core.
    Call stack:
    wp_die()
    wp-admin/includes/menu.php:350

I’m very surprised because on my test environment which is a clone of that website with empty wp-content/uploads/ problem is not occuring.
Do you have any idea what can it be? I’m off course running the site as a superuser.

after few refresh I succeed to activate your plugin but then I clicked on “SCAN” and then nothing started.
compared to my test website displaying some update:
    Total Posts: 200 Scanned: 20190

on my live website nothing is happening and I do see the “cancel” button and not anymore the “scan” button.

also this error in the console:
admin.php?page=wpvivid-cleaner:824 Uncaught ReferenceError: wpvivid_post_request is not defined
    at wpvivid_start_scan (admin.php?page=wpvivid-cleaner:824)
    at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> (admin.php?page=wpvivid-cleaner:796)
    at HTMLInputElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:1)
    at HTMLInputElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:1)

hope it’s an easy trick to fix.

    Hi @bidiesman

Thanks for reaching out to us.

That is because the free version doesn’t support WordPress Multisite.

Also, is the test site a WordPress Multisite network?

    All the best,

The test site is a multisite but other database are not present. so probably considered as a single site.
I would be very interested to get a 30$ license for the image cleaner only. if you do something like that I will contact you via your website.
Still I will do your trial and see how it goes.

Thank you for your fast reply.
