• When pressing the “Create Block Theme”-link in the dashboard (Appearance) I get the error that I don’t have access to the page.

I do have admin rights. I’ve tried deactivate/activate the plugin. Tried switching themes. Tried a user plugin to add “resume theme”-rights to my user. Still error.

    Any ideas what to do?

  • Hi there @sharkeyx – Sorry, you have had problems accessing the plugin. Does that still occur with the newest version of the plugin?
If yes, could you please provide which WordPress version and which theme you are using? There could be plugin conflict as well… I’d be happy to assist with troubleshooting this issue with you.

With WordPress 6.6.1 and plugin version 2.3.0 I still get the error. But on another site with same setup the link in the menu works.

On both sites the links/settings for the plugin is working via the editor so I’m guessing there is a plugin conflict somewhere on the main site.

    Probably a plugin conflict, yess.
Have you used Site Health and Troubleshooting plugin? It allows you in WPAdmin to start the Troubleshooting mode without any impact on what the visitor sees. It deactivates plugins and themes for the admin only and then you can enable plugins one at a time and test your site. Detailed instructions on how to use the Troubleshooting feature are available on this page.

Well, since the problem is only on my dev-site I’m not gonna bother right now. But now I see that the export of the theme doesn’t include much of the themes settings or parts so that’s no use for me neither. I’ll have to look for another plugin or do all the manual work instead ??

    Thanks anyway.
