    Hi, I have been having problems with the plugin. Everytime i click to use the free version it shows a page that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. Is there any way to fix this?

  • This problem seems to happen when switching between the free and premium verisons. These plugins weren’t design to work at the same time.

    When switching between the premium and free version, you will need to access the newly actived version from the sidebar instead of an open tab. The link from any version becomes invalid once the plugin is deactivated.

    If you are for pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    We did some more investigating and found that this problem is caused by a bug in the free version.

    We released version 3.0.13 today to fix the problem.
