Not all Users Can Login Only Some

  • What would be the reason only 2 of 3 users can login to a WP site? Each user is on a different computer (in different geographical locals) and only 1 can login successfully. The others get a message that the password or username is incorrect when it is actually NOT incorrect. The 1 lucky user can use the usernames and passwords of the other 2 and successfully login. What would be going on with the other 2 users?

  • if you can log in with ALL the user info, then the problem is the user. Maybe they have caps lock on. Or maybe something on their computer is messing with the login.
