Not all the menu sub-items are visible

  • Hi,

    I restricted the access to an user but I want to let him use the whole Menu item.
    But he see only part of the Menu sub-items, e.g. he doesn’t see the “skills” option (that are a sort of category of Portfolios), see what I see as admin https://prntscr.com/p1plld.
    As you may see here https://prntscr.com/p1pme0 the Menu option is unchecked and so he should see all sub-items.
    Any idea how to solve?

    Hello Simone,

    The “Skills” are not sub-item of Menus. The Menu has no subitems. Please, keep in mind that the plugin only work on the Admin menu. Can you send me a screenshot of what the user is seeing?
