Not all subscribers receiving newsletter

When I send a newsletter only about 20% receive it. The other subscribers don’t (I can tell because I’ve used family members on my subscriber list. Spam folders checked – not there).

Also I am no longer getting alerts when someone subscribes or unsubscribes despite the settings all being correct.

I am thinking of giving up on this as it’s more trouble than its worth!

Please help as this is my business.
