I installed the kadence theme and installed the starter templates plugin, but not all templates are showing. In instruction video’s and on https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/starter-templates/ there are a lot more templates showing then I get to see in the plugin. I already tried disabling plug-ins, refreshing the page in the starter templates plugin, but nothing seems to work. On a different WordPress site i do see all the templates. Both are on the latest WordPress version (6.1.1).

In case it has something to do with plugin’s, these are my installed plugins:

    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Version 5.0.2 | By Automattic | Active
    Jetpack
    Version 11.9 | By Automattic | Active

I also switch from and to the kadence theme and removed and installed both the theme and the starter template plugin, but still not all templates are shown.

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m unable to replicate this. Can you ensure you have no selected any filters? Is there a specific template you’re looking for that you’re not seeing?

    Kindly,

    Hannah

    Hi Hannah,

I tried both with and without filters, but it didn’t make any difference. I’m looking for the Yosemite theme. It’s a very strange problem and I also don’t know how to replicate it. I have two WordPress installations, both done with Installtron, so they should be identical. But one is showing all templates and the other is only showing only a part of the templates. The only difference in my opinion are the plugins, but disabling them didn’t solve it. In the comments on the YouTube instruction video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RV4WFkGXCQ) I saw that someone else also had this problem, but didn’t confirm if it was solved by using the “Sync with cloud” button.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel

Oke, I don’t know what changed, maybe it was an automated update, but when I now look at the starter templates in the plugin the Yosemite theme is there ??
So it is solved, but i don’t know how.

Glad to hear things are working! Let us know if this becomes an issue again.

    Kindly,
