not all smilies listed, some missing, some not working

there are 2 smilies not working:
8-)and8-O
However, if I write them as:cool:and:shock:, it works.And there are some not listed at all (to be selected), e.g.:
:!::?::idea::arrow:(according to the official WP smilie list)
I am using TinyMCE Advanced v.3.5.8
