Not all roles are showing

    Hi,
    since I cant’t add anything to this thread, I’m creating a new one. I have the same problem as the person before me – only three roles are showing – “Guest”, “Administrator” and “s”.

    I followed your directions in the other thread and found the culprit – it’s WPBakery Page Builder – when this plugin is not activated, all roles are displayed in the settings screen. When it’s activated only the three roles I mentioned above are shown.

    Since this plugin is essential for correctly displaying our website, is there a way to make your plugin work with it?

    Glad to know that you found the conflicting plugin which is causing this issue at your end. We will need the WPBakery Page Builder plugin to reproduce and check this issue at our end.

    Can you please drop us an email at support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com and send the WPBakery Page Builder plugin copy there? Along with that, please share the necessary setup information of that plugin to reproduce this issue.

    We will install the plugin at our end to replicate this issue and we will let you know the results.
