Not all roles are showing

    When using the User Role based pricing, I can only select Admin, Guest or ‘s’. I want to select other roles, how can I do that?

    I sincerely apologize for the late reply to this.

    Are you saying that you all are able to select only “Guest”, “Admin” and “S” from this option? If yes, then I tried to replicate this issue at our end but I am unable to replicate the same. I can select multiple user roles in the “Show roles on per product settings” dropdown. Also, I am wondering why the “S” is showing in that dropdown.

    It might be possible that this issue is appearing due to the conflict with any other plugin active on your site. To identify this, can you please follow the below steps which will help us in finding the root cause of the issue?

    1. Please deactivate all other plugins except the WooCommerce and our Product Prices by User Roles for WooCommerce plugins and see if still, you are facing this issue or not?
    2. If the issue is not appearing in this case, then try to activate other plugins one by one and see after which plugin activation, this issue started appearing at your end.
    3. If this issue is appearing only with the WooCommerce and our Product Prices by User Roles for WooCommerce plugins as active then please let us know, we will look into it.

    Please check and let us know the results.
