Not all reviews showing in Google Product Review feed

    Hi!

    I created a Google Product Review feed, but only 35 out of 51 reviews are showing.

    I have isolated the comments that are not showing, but cannot figure out a link between all of them. Neither dates, length of comment, author, author email or product reviewed seem to corelate.

    Second problem, some of the showing reviews are identified as written be myself in the feed, althought it’s not the case in wp review tab…

    I have tried to change feed settings, unapprove-reapprove the reviews, or edit them to no avail.

    Any cues?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Important to know is that our plugin is only able to retrieve reviews from WooCommerce when you do not use any 3th party review plugin for gathering and displaying reviews on your website. I suspect the reviews with your “own name” might not have been normally collected through your website?

    Also, reviews only make it to your feed when it has a rating, review name and review text. When one of those is missing the review will not be added to your feed as Google would disapprove of those. So please make sure that all those fields are properly set.

    I had imported manually some comments from my Etsy shop, but some were showing as the customer name, and some were associated to my name. Can’t figure out why.

    I have reentered the comments that were not showing correctly in the feed, and it seems to work.

    Too bad I am missing 2 more reviews to get to the minimum of 50 required by Google. lol! Hopefully more reviews should be coming in with the holiday shopping spree. I’ll keep asking my buyers to make a review.
