Not All Results Showing

Having started a reindex I am getting numerous errors of the format:

Could you please use the “Default WordPress Search Engine” in the search form options and check whether it works fine?

I just found that is on. Should it be off?

The “Default WordPress Search Engine” option should be on.

Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so I can troubleshoot it?

The search is from our front page. You can see a search which has failed here:

I don’t see any Ivory search bar on your website.

Could you please use the Ivory Search bar on your website as described on the below page in the section “Display Search Form”?

I have done as you suggest and now have 2 search buttons though they appear different. Both give the same results.

The one is displayed by the plugin and other one is displayed by the theme that you are using on your website.

But they both give the same incorrect results!

Please make sure that you have configured a search form in the Menu Search options as shown in the below screenshot.

That is now selecting one of the Search forms created but it is still not producing any different results.
I am sure it used to work so am most puzzled.
Is it possible that the forum we use “WP Symposium” content is being excluded?

I can see the same page https://www.dufour.org.uk/technical-information/ is displayed in the search results when I search “Manuals” or “Exchange” as below.

It seems the issue is not with the search but with how you save Microwave word on the page so could you please try changing its place on the place page?

The search seems to work correctly for some sections and not others. I have now removed it from the main page and only have it in relevant sections.

It depends on how you have created those sections whether you have created them using shortcode or page builder or directly in the code.
