    Hi @ben72!

    Thanks for providing your system status and the PHP notices, much appreciated!

    Would you please be able to enable the Facebook debug log? You can find this in WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations > Facebook for WooCommerce. This should give us a bit more information as to why things aren’t synching, once it attempts a sync.

    That said, are any of these products virtual? Are they free? Are they variations of other products?

    Hi @julieskyverge!

    I Can’t find WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations > Facebook for WooCommerce
    But do you mean WooCommerce > Status > Logs > facebook_for_woocommerce-*.log?

    No virtual or free but there are products with variants but that does not seem to matter. Old products are syncing but only some of the new ones..

    Can I email the log to you for confidentiality?
