Not all products showen in the search

  • hi Omega,
    I’ve a problem that Not all products are shown in the search the problem is the products that I upload by my user are shown in the search bar but any other products that other users make are not shown I tried to promote them to the administrator and same problem
    u can search for “RTX” the products will show to u all the ones that I’ve uploaded but for the other products that u can see on the website try searching for them u can’t u will not find any results, what I mean by users the other people that I give them role for the store manager and administrator

    by the way, all their products are visible in search and website I’ve checked them on the dashboard to see if they make it private or public

    update: when I disable the Omega plugin and searched I got all result right but when I enable it I get only my product when I search
