Not All Products Available on Feed

  • Hi,

    I’ve created a feed, then I added that feed to Google Merchant Center, however, only 392 products are available in Google Merchant Center, but my store has over 5000 products.

    Please can assistance be provided as to how I can get all the products onto the feed?

    Hello @nabeel13, Sure we shall help you out. Could you confirm the following, assuming the issue as the products are not getting added to the feed.

    1. Does all the products are simple products? (The basic version supports only simple products)

    2. Does all the products contain a product description added?

    Now if the issue you are facing is, all the 5000 products from the feed are not getting uploaded to the merchant center, please do share the feed with our support. We shall check this out.

    Sure, all the products are simple products, and all products contain a product description.

    I have added all the products to a feed by using another WordPress plugin.
