Not all posts with tag shown

I have a tag and 8 posts have that tag. On the dashboard, when I click on Posts/Tags and the number of posts, I see all 8 posts. But when I click on View to see them as the user would see them, or use a URL “mydomain/tags/slug”, I see only three posts.

Why might that be, and how might I fix it so that all posts with the tag are shown?
