Not all posts are published

    Some posts are sent correctly to instagram, but others are not and I do not receive any emails with errors. They just get lost. I still haven’t been able to identify what causes a post to be sent and another not. Is there a log that I can consult to find out what happens?

    Algumas postagens s?o enviadas corretamente para o instagram, mas outras n?o s?o e n?o recebo nenhum e-mail com erro. Simplesmente se perdem. Ainda n?o consegui identificar o que faz uma postagem ser enviada e outra n?o. Existe algum log que posso consultar para saber o que acontece?

    Hi,

    Sorry for late reply.
    If you are not receiving notifications then it means

    1- You may missing featured image of the post/product. Pleas note that it should be WordPress standard featured image and should be at your site. Not attached with any URL.
    2- Any cache plugin or VaultPress installed. Or cache enabled at your host level. These plugins interrupts live/schedule postings. (you can use v1.6 to bypass cache)
    3- Any similar Instagram plugin having same libs may conflict.
    4- Large image size like more than 4 or 5 mbs of size may cause request time out.
    5- Sometimes long file names or having special characters in filenames may also disturb.

    There maybe other reasons but these needs to be checked first.
