• Hello Michael,

Thank you for developing this great plugin. Congratulation ??

I have a mysterious issue. I rework this blog https://test.ominthenews.com/. I installed Print My Blog Version 3.3.9 and I added the print button by [pmb_print_buttons] shortcode. The problem is that only the blog posts that are on the front page have rendered print previews. The posts that are on https://test.ominthenews.com/category/titles/ have a blank print preview. Only the site title is displayed.

Please help me to figure out the problem. Some additional info:
    – WordPress 5.8 running Avada theme, PHP Version: 7.4.21
    – It is not a theme-related issue. I tried it with Twenty-sixteen theme and have the same problem,
    – It does the same logged in, logged out,
    – I tried the troubleshooting methods with no result,
    – I tested with Google Chrome 90, Firefox and Opera.,
    – Settings: Header Content to Print > Site title, Post Content to Print > Title, URL, categories and tags, content. I tried adding excerpts but didn’t help.
    – I also tried this version: https://github.com/mnelson4/printmyblog/archive/FET/open-print-buttons-in-new-tabs.zip It does the same. Open new tab function would be good in newer versions.

    Thank you for your help.
    Andras

Hi @andsmith, sorry somehow I never noticed the notification for your inquiry (only just noticed today while reviewing old support threads.)
I’m happy to try to help debug what’s going on if you want to reactivate PMB on that test site. If you’ve moved onto other things, no worries, I’ll just close for now.
Sorry again for missing your request.
