    Hi, I have only one problem with your plugin. It’s not showing all posts from instagram. For example I have 10 posts and on my website is showing only 8. What can be a reason?

    I see that one post is from “Camera Roll” and second is video but is very long (almost 60 minutes). Is this can be a reason? Free version not include it?

    Hi @jordan1990,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. One possibility is that the missing posts are IGTV posts. You can show IGTV posts with our plugin, but only if you are connected with an Instagram Business Profile. Here is a guide on that.

    Another possibility is that the missing posts are Instagram Reels posts. These are not currently available from Instagram’s API, so they are the only type of post we cannot display in the plugin. This is the same in both the Free and Pro versions of our plugin.

    If are still having trouble with missing posts after this, please send us a support request here on our website so we can investigate the issue further.
