    Hello,

I hope someone may have some insight, however…
One of our clients have brought up an issue on their side that I cant seem to replicate. Their role on WordPress is Shop Manager, however they can only view orders up until 11 September. When I login as admin, I can view all orders, when I switch over to Shop Manager, again I can see all orders.

After doing latest updates and all, client can still only see up until the 11 September. If anyone has some ridiculous insight on my problem, I would appreciate it. This is a bizarre issue and I doubt its even related to woo.

  • Hi @tmw2591

    Thanks for reaching out!

Shop Manager is a role you can give someone to manage the shop without making them an Admin. They have all the rights a customer has, and are granted the main capabilities:

manage_woocommerce: Gives shop managers the option to manage all settings within WooCommerce, and create/edit products.
view_woocommerce_reports: Gives them access to all WooCommerce reports.

This is weird that your client can only view orders until September 11 while you, on the other hand, having the same Shop Manager role, can view all orders on the site.

I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Howdy, seems issue was related to their localhosted files.

    All good, appreciate the assistance!

    Ticket solved!
