Not all orders are directly forwarded per mail

Thanks for reaching out!

This is quite strange that you are not receiving the New Order Email from your site, is that correct?

You can check the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order > Manage.

Additionally, you could install the WP Mail Logging plugin to log emails sent by WordPress or WooCommerce.

Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I just checked the setting and it seems to be correct. I do receive orders per mail but not all of them as it is supposed to be. It happens randomly e.g. I receive mail from order 1,2 but do not receive the mail from order 3, but do receive from order 4 again and so on. This has been happening since the last update I guess because before that I got all mails.

Thanks for your confirmation that the Email Settings are correct on your end, but still you are experiencing the issue.

Can you please check if there are some patters/similarities to the orders in which you did not received any emails? Like, same products, same shipping address, same customers, same payment gateways, etc?

Additionally, if you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I just checked and there are no fatal error logs.
Different products were chosen by customers, but what they all share is that the payment option Paypal was selected. But there are also orders with Paypal that are forwarded to my mail.
