Not all new products are showing in shop

Starting today when loading products they only show about 10% of the time. We thought it might be something with variables or categories but have done troubleshooting on that and it hasn’t fixed it. You can see the product on the product page but you can’t see it on any of the other shop pages. I have checked and the products are not hidden and are in Catalog/search visability.
