Not all my subscribers receive my newsletter.

Hi,
I have issue with my news letter.
Last thursday I created a news letter and every 5 hours mailpoet have to send the mail to all my subscribes.
Today i checked the situation and not all have recieved the mail, just 162 on 268.
Why?
I have to set something?Thank for any help!
