Not all markup is eligible for rich results

You can also use the following tool to test the Schema Markup:

That is not an error but Google is stating that not every Schema Markup results in a rich result.

I tried the suggested tool and it doesn’t work, I get an error saying: “The document cannot be validated because it is larger than 2.5 MB.”
The screenshot you have shown is exactly what i’m trying to achieve but there are two problems as explained in the original question that were not addressed, please look at it again:

1. Why is that book’s schema information shown if this book is not even loading on my product archive page? It seems as if RankMath is adding product data to the shop page even if the product doesn’t even appear, how can I control that?

2. When I tried the Search console testing tool it works but it shows me a red marker over the affected code but I don’t understand what’s wrong or how to debug, can you help with this?

Google is marking the description field to be invalid. Is there anyway to turn this garbled text to letters? The description is in Hebrew.

2. You’re looking at the markup for a single product page, that is fine. The shop page was the issue.
