    Hello,

    We have an appointment booking plugin called Amelia. Notifications from this plugin are not getting recorded in email logs. Even though notifications are getting sent and delivering just not showing in WP mail SMTP logs. We use Mailgun mailer. From our Woocommerce notification mails are showing in email logs and they are also going via Mailgun but from this Amelia plugin it’s not showing on email logs.

    Can you please help how can we solve this problem? Thank you very much

    Hi, @balendugo!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Most likely, in the Amelia notifications settings you are using the “SMTP” option which doesn’t route emails through our plugin and that’s why they are not logged.

    To send Amelia’s emails through our plugin to log emails, please, change the “SMTP” option to “WP Mail” in the Amelia plugin. You can check their guide for more details here.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @sakalvictoria

    Thank you for getting back to me. Actually we are not using ‘SMTP’ option in Amelia Notification setting but using ‘Mailgun’ option and have given our Mailgun API. Do you mean we should choose there ‘WP Mail’ instead of ‘Mailgun’? And in your plugin ‘WP Mail SMTP’ we give our Mailgun API?

    Please guide us. Thank you for your support.

    Hi, @balendugo!

    Thanks for following up.

    Yes, you are right. Currently, the Amelia plugin uses their sending method. To route Amelia’s emails through our plugin, please:

    1) configure the “Mailgun” mailer in the WP Mail SMTP plugin by following the guide here;

    2) choose the “WP Mail” option in the Amelia notification settings.

    I hope it helps!
