    Is this supposed to be a different question than the other one, or did you just accidentally repost the issue? If it’s different, you’ll have to explain much more in depth, because I don’t have any idea what you’re asking.

    It is the same question but relating to different things, my apologies. I had duplicate titles, link and SEO title. I changed the SEO title for multiple posts as I cannot touch the permalink. As a result, news images where generated for the ‘new’ SEO title that were not compressed. Image optimizer is failing to reach those images. I have to do it manually from wp-content. It is my error but I think it can be looked into.

    I think the same (or similar) answer applies here. Add the folder that those image are in to the Folders to Optimize setting, and then run a Scan & Optimize. Any resizes that get generated should always be tracked in the database. If this isn’t code you wrote, ask the author to consider using the wp_image_editor class or use the function to register a resize, so that EWWW IO will automatically optimize them in the future right when they are created.
